These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clicqx.com and any photography services provided by Clicqx Portrait Studio. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due the day of your session. Wedding bookings require a 33% retainer with two further payments scheduled before the wedding date.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a portrait session once at no charge, given at least seven days' notice. Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Weather-related rescheduling is always free.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
Diane Goodman / Clicqx Portrait Studio retains copyright of all images created. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive personal-use license to print, share, and display delivered images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate license.
4. Delivery & Galleries
Portrait galleries are delivered within two weeks; weddings within six to eight weeks. Online galleries remain active for 90 days. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly.
5. Print Products
Prints, albums, and framed pieces are custom-made and non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
6. Model Release
We will not use your images publicly without your explicit consent. A model-release option is offered (never required) at the time of booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of data, or other circumstances beyond our control, our maximum liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected session.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Henrico County, VA.
